I, laughing_alone, has decided to re-open Hp_stillness_! As you can tell, I've taken out all of the members! So you're going to have to re-join! As we are re-opening, we are going to need: new mods, new banner makers, and new graphics people. These are all very important jobs to the community so I would like you to read the responsibility of these 3 positions! Remember, if you get ether mod or banner maker job, all posts are FRIENDS ONLY!!

Mods
Needed: 0

The mods are the ones that helps me post challenges every week. There are many ways of posting challenges, but I would like you to follow the way I've posted it. There are many entries from before the community re-opened, that's the way I want to see it. After I've got 2 responsible mods, posting will go like this: week one, I would post the challenge, voting, and results. Week 2, the second mod. Week 3, the third mod would. Week 4, it'll be back to me. And it would continue like this. After posting the results, you also need to post it on the userinfo and layout. You obviously must has some HTML experience to do this job! If you can't do it for a week, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, pm one of the other mods and get them to do it! If you can't post it and someone else posts it for you, then the next week, it's your responsibilty to post! then the week after that, the mod after the previous one posts I know it's confusing, so look at this.
Week 1: I post..but I can't because I'm on vacation. So Mod 2 posts it.
Week 2: I post it because I missed it from last week.
Week 3: Mod 3 posts it
Week 4: I post it

Banner Makers
Needed: 2

This is a job that most people get when they apply for it! Because all you really need is some creativity and photo editing programs. Which ever makers gets these jobs are responsible for looking out for the results every sunday night. And then making a banner for the people that has won. The banner must include: The icon, the maker, the week number, the week subject, and hp_stillness_ name. banners can be which ever way you want! Just as long as it's smaller than 750x370. The banner makers work the same way as mods do. First week: first maker, second week, second maker etc. It's not a hard concept to follow. The important stuff is that you MUST finish the weeks banner before voting for the next week is posted. So you pretty much get 5 days to make 5 banners. This rule is very important, I've had banner makers before that forget to post it for MONTHS! that is not acceptable! You will be taken off the list before you can say "banners" if you don't follow this rule. The same thing goes for banner makers, if you can't make it, please pm another maker to get them to take on the job, and the week after that, the system is the same as it is for mods. So as you can tell, this job will need someone who's active in the community. Graphics People
Needed: 0

You ask what a graphics person is? Well they are the amazingly talented people that work behind the scene on the community. These people are the ones that make the layout, and the userinfo banners. In every community I've been to, I always apprciate the people that makes the layout and such, so the people that takes on this job must be EXTREMELY creative and talented with photo editing and HTML! The Graphics people really need to co-operate with each other as well. Because they are the little group that decides weather they want to make the current layout or not. Make 1 layout is an extremely tiring job so if you don't have time, I advise you not to do this job. But we really do need at least 1-3 people. All layouts must include the community name on the header. takes up the screen. I really don't like layouts that's a background of 1 colour and a header. Try to be creative =) The current layout is AMAZING!!! I was thinking, if we had active graphics people, I could change a layout ever 6 month. So every half a year, I think we would need a new layout. Can you guys do that? After a mini-hiatus we are back mod-ing and I hope that all of you are back to make icons too!

This week's challenge is Slytherin! Anything having to do with the house of Slytherin, whether it is scarves, colors, people (teachers and students), whatever. Have fun!

OMG! I IS BACK!! Thanks so much amy for taking over. I might be looking for a new mod sometimes soon, why? because Sme is around the world for us, and she sometimes can't get here on time, so I might look for someone who can fill in for sme when she can't get here on time! ANYWAYS. I'm updating the challenge early because my internet at home is still not working, so i'm posting from my mums. I'll try to post the voting and everything on time :)
